My Mods thus far...

Bought my 07 max stock apparently it was a California model that someone removed the Cali. garbage upon purchase.



What I have changed:
UFO Dragstar 4-2-1 single slash cut exhaust
Changed main jets to 155.
Removed Y *may put Y back on when it gets colder here.
K&N single OEM replacement filter.
Iridium plugs after AF screws adjusted post jet change.

Koso RX1n Gauge

Stainless braided break and clutch cables

LED accent lights still a few more to add (outdoor rated from hitlighting off Amazon)
Head light

New front and rear LED blinkers.

Just lost 2nd gear so here are the mods to follow:

Morley undercut gears w/ od 5th
Replace all seals and gaskets while engine is out.
Oil pressure gauge, anyone have tips for a digital to go in place of the old tach?
Check/ re-shim valves (I'm at about 18-19k miles anyway)
Exact rep parts:
Magnetic oil pan plug
Oil temp filler cap
All new radiator hoses (green of course)
Engine case cover stainless bolt set

All new trim pieces are being painted Tacoma Magnetic Grey Metallic

FUTURE MODS

New fluted tank cover
New short LED brake light short fender

I usually put it on the center stand and put a floor jack under the oil pan with a board for that one, lol. Nice bike!

Don't forget the ear plugs !! I buy mine from harbor freight by the mutipack .

The shift segment isnt a big deal, especially when yiur doing 2nd gear anyway.
it might be a good time to fit Seans hi volume oil pump modification, and make sure you get his upgraded oil line o-rings!

You have a nice bike. I lkke what you did with the headlight and Instruments!
