Don't understand why women like that wear bikini tops and spandex.....

I wouldn't bet it was that strong. :rofl_200: The bar is 1/2 inch steel rod. If you can break that I would be amazed. The bottom bracket is made from 3/8 inch aluminum. That too is plenty strong.

Well I suggest you get us a price so we can start putting in our orders:eusa_pray:. Even though it looks like the U.P. of Michigan might be getting snow before the end of the month:snow: and hafta put the bikes away:damn angry:

wow grate job ! mine came with the big yamaha one and i hate the way it looks .

Ok Guys, Its going to be $200 for the backrest that is powdercoated black. I can send it out plain steel for $180 if you would like. Shipping is on the buyer also. You can send me a pm if you would like to order one. I will take paypal or a postal money order. I will start building them this weekend. I should be able to start shipping them out in a week or so. Thanks for all the kind words on my design. Any questions anyone?

Put an ad for it in the Buy and Sell section here. It makes the transactions a lot easier.

I would get a minimum order before you start aquiring the expense of materials etc. before you start to crank 'em out. That's just me trying to look out for ya buddy.

Well guys, I am not sure how many of these I will be building. I am working on 4 of them for sure(one is claimed already). The amount of labor involved is more than I remember going into the one on my bike.:bang head: I guess that is because I want them to be perfect. Work is going well though. Time to take a break and grab a beer.:punk:

Careful with that beer nosboss...
The first one will come out good, the second one will be nice, the third one will be so so, and the fourth will be... I paid 200 bucks for this! LOL! :rofl_200:

j/k

Hahaha, c'mon guys. Have a little bit more faith in me. :biglaugh:

I haven't tried to make one for a harley yet...

I think I am Jason's (Nosboss) first customer with his new sissy bar, and all I can say is FANTASTIC. :eusa_dance: If any of you have been on the fence about buying one of these, it is well worth the price tag. I would buy one before he realizes that he could get a lot more for them.
I didn't want a stock one because I didn't like what it did to the lines of the bike, but my wife hates riding with me without one. Now problem solved. It even looks pretty good when I do have it mounted.:punk:
Thanks again Jason for a great product!

Thanks for the good words Mitch. I'm happy that you and your wife like it... and yes you are my first customer. :eusa_dance: I am working on a couple more right now and should have them ready by the of the weekend. Thanks again for the kind words.

I know this is an old thread but does anyone know if Nosboss is still making these sissy bars or if anyone wants to sell theirs or has his contact info ? I sent him a PM and haven't heard back

Sorry guys, I'm no longer making these back rests. I sure do miss my vmax though. Maybe if i get another I'll start making them again.

I don't remember everything i used. I know the main hoop was 1/2" steel rod.

Nice minimalist look! Along the lines of the smallest backrest you can purchase for the Corbin.
