And don't get me wrong....I love riding with the wife, she's a blonde- 5'3" 120lbs with a "C" cup, and nothings better than having those on your back! But its a different ride when you are 2 up. The Kreem tank liner is super easy to use, and can have your tank ready to use in 24 hours.
Ready in 24 hours? Wow, I'm sold! Plus after that description, I'd ride behind you two any day! LOL :rofl_200:

congrats to your wife for getting it done.....500 sounds good for the bike, let us know how it worked out

$500 if it'll run and appears sound... otherwise I'll likely walk... maybe offer $200?

yup that also works, bring $2oo in small bills, 5-10's make the stack look bigger.

It started early spring. I had gone 11 years since selling my last bike, we needed the money.... anywho, we were on the topic of bikes and she made the off-the-cuff remark that we could afford one now if I wanted to get one. I **** you not, 45 minutes later I was walking the showroom floor of the local Honda Stealership :biglaugh:.... didn't see a single bike I liked.... anyway, to make a long story short, I found and bought my Max within 2 weeks of her statement :clapping:. Then she started talking about wanting to get her own bike and learning to ride! :punk: How perfect is that?! She now has a ZX6R that has been lowered 1.5"s, it's a fun little bike to ride, reminds me a riding a peddle bike it's so effortless. So now this fall and next summer are going to be a blast!!!
thats great ,
When I see a couple riding their own bikes together it makes me wonder why mine wont even get on my max.
She`s not afraid, it`s just that she just dosen`t want to (fustrating as hell sometimes) but I don`t bother her about it anymore, I just enjoy riding it and thats all that matters to me.

He just emailed me and said he would take $600, wants it 'out of the yard before the snow flies"

So I replied back with an itemized (with cost) deficiency list indicating that it would bring my investment to over $1100, so I proposed $450 cash (IF it was running with NO motor damage) and that I could swing my Saturday to take a look at it.

I'll keep ya posted. Reality if he really wants it gone, he'll accept.

I agree, however I really prefer to ride my Max solo, that way if I want to ride hard I can without getting a swat up side the head!! :punk:

Yeah, she`s followed me home a few times and says that I get antsy in traffic.
I don`t ride like that when I have someone on back but I just hate the S.O.B. that pulls in front of you only to slow you down and I often let them know by giving them the finger as I blast by them but, my 12 yr. old daughter likes to ride with me and had me take one of my helmets and paint and customize it for her and when her mom found out that we did 75 miles of twisties she **** her pants but after a while she calmed down when she saw how much my daughter liked it and that we came back in one piece.

LOL, that's funny and awesome all at the same time! The DAY I bought my bike we went and bought 2 more helmets to fit our 6 year old daughter and 10 year old son, we had 2 more that fit our 12 and 14 year old boys already. They all enjoy getting out on the back of either of them with me. However I won't go anymore than around the block with my daughter until I get one of those child harnesses. The older boys allow a little more freedom, but I still take it easy.
