Need help fixing braided clutch line leak...

Clutch line is leaking again. Clutch slave seems to periodically leak all the time.

I will replace the clutch pipe that comes off of the clutch slave, but I question the stainless clutch line fitting. Inside the fitting there is a small brass ball that mates the clutch pipe to the clutch line. The little brass fitting has wear on it.

This is the only thing I can find wrong with the clutch line. Can I replace the small fitting? If I can't, this stainless line is useless to me. Anyone know where I could look for replacement fittings for the stainless clutch line?
