Just a couple so far, Kenny, it's been kinda cool over this way and without a bottle warmer the nitrous just won't warm up enough to built proper pressure. Like to see it at about 1000# psi and it hasn't gotten over 800 - 850 lately.

I'm going over to Mass this afternoon to ride with 95spfldmax, it's s'posed to be pretty hot so I'll prolly 'cook off' the last of this bottle before suppertime!! h yeah:

It looks great! I like the color, it is not everyday you see the stock silver Vmax.
Good start on the mods, don't forget to go through your electrical and solder up the crimps. May want to look into fork springs if you are into aggressive riding.

very sick. i have a soft spot for the black wheels, black exhaust. looks nice! sissybars are wroth a small fortune, hold onto it if u can.

Ya, those sissy bars go for easily $250 on ebay, sometimes quite a bit more. I know there's a couple people here looking for one also.

You got the same bike I do....a silver '97. I like the sissy bar, though mine has the luggage rack also.... gives me a place to strap a backpack so I don't have to wear it. Next to the black/red flame factory paint, I liked the silver next best.

I'd also do the "crimp fix"....there's a tutorial on vmaxoutlaw.com. I picked up almost a full volt at the battery after replacing the factory crimp with a butt-end connector.

I'm a big fan of the COP mod also. Cheap, easy, better throttle response and instant starting every time.
