Try putting the switch in the reserve position and see if the pump stays on better.

Tried putting the switch to res and it didnt help. I put the new filter in and no luck there either. I will be checking the fuel pump as soon as I get the time. Any one have andy flow test? Or when I turn on the key it should put out a steady stream and it is ok? How far should it shoot out fuel?
