Popping thru exhaust.

Had Godzilla's carbs done by Danny about a year or so ago, bike ran fine. This year, I'm getting popping thru the exhaust when I let off on the throttle, when riding, or just blipping the throttle in neutral. Every drop of gas since rebuild has been ethanol free. I dosed the bike with a healthy shot of Berrymans, and rode about 20 miles, no real change. I've got to check synchronization and maybe do a shotgun on the carbs. Looking for suggestions or advice, guys.
I'm hoping to get this sorted out before my son comes home for a visit next month. He wants to take his fiancee for a ride on the bike while in town.

did you sync your carbs after install ? you might just a lean pop maybe correct with a little turn af screw till it stops ... also check for carb boots leaking sucking air . I use a unlit propane torch and go around boots see if idle changes

Hi, have you pulled your plugs to see how they look? The sync mentioned already would be my 2nd option.

Get an IR gun and check the exhaust temps.

I would second this opinion. Changing plugs fixed mine from pretty blue flames out the rh exaust. Fuel not getting burned in chamber and re-igniting in pipes.
