rear brake caliper swap

Hi everybody,
some months ago I swapped the original rear disk with a Galfer inthe same diameter of the original one.
I would like to change also the caliper with some aftermarket caliper , but I'm struggling to find one for the original disk.
I only found a conversion kit to upgrade both the disk and the caliper, but I don't want to get rid of the galfer disk ( it is pretty new and I also have the galfer front disk ).
I already know that I may not gain better braking performance, let's say that I'm looking for this part for aesthetic reason and to match the front calipers ( R1 disk ) appearance.

I believe that a front right from a FZR400RR 3TJ is a straight swap. They may also have been fitted to the TDM850 FZR600 TRX850 but can't confirm that.

I have a 4 piston conversion kit to reuse the stock rotor but with an R1 caliper. We make this for both the 280mm rotor and the 298mm rotor.
