Partly sunny. Patchy fog this morning. Highs in the lower 70s. East winds around 5 mph...becoming south around 5 mph this afternoon.

Thanks for the good words guys....I'm kinda bummed by the whole deal! Was trying to lift ol' lard ass Duke into the car after his vets appointment and.....bam!

Just thought I would include a pic of the sure winner in the 'nasty-ass little cruiser class'.....:rofl_200: or whatever they call it for this style bike!

Just ****-house bad luck that I didn't get it there. Oh well, got a year to make it even better!

Back from rice-o-rama, Awesome show! Rode out with Ryan (RAWarrior) Pretty sure we set some speed records from Mass to NY :biglaugh: Seemed to allways be travling 95 mph on the Mass turnpike. With the occational 120+ burst :clapping:Coulple things Ryan and i learnd. Cafe Racers made frome what ever people could dig out of a garage, swamp, or woods is in style, and awesome! Any two stroke is cool, And don't try to race a Dodge Viper on the way to the event. (Diffrent story:punk:) It looked like the entire Suzuki Madura fan club showed up, Both 1200 and 700cc. Along with every other goofball modle that you never see. Will be back next year!

Great crowd at Rico this year. Met some old friends and made some new ones. I never knew Mike ate beer cans when he was done? . I couldn't leave out Ed's beutiful Warrior. Also, I couldn't find the owner of the fastest year VMAX, but got a pic of Rick's blue beauty. I'd say a good time was had by all. Old Timers bike is a Jem too. Mark and my old friend Rick seemed to enjoy their first Rice-o . We had a pretty spirited ride up and back. The Cape's not far when your flying low.

If you like to ride fast Zak you should start riding with my group more often...the 85-90mph is a "normal" pace. You should see us in hooligan mode. Troy-Hampton Beach in sub 3 hours. I'll give you a ring next time we ride bro.

We spotted what, like 4 Gen 2's there? Wish I had some of those VMF business cards to stick on seats, I had like 3 from a pizza run a while ago but forgot them. Plus several gen 1's that I didn't recognize. We both got cards for "V4 Market" on our bikes.

The Honda "750 Four" was probably the most common...had to be dozens of those. Fair number of 2 strokes, tons of old cafe'd-out Yamaha 650's and GL's, and one 400lb dude on a Hayabusa with about a foot of "overhang" off each side.

And for goofball model....ever hear of that Yamaha "omega chassis", with the swingarm front end...really strange. There was also a Victory big enough I'm pretty sure you needed a CDL to drive. There were a few generic HDs spattered about, kind of how pretty chicks always invite a few fatties to parties so they look better in comparison. There was also a Honda "pacific coast", or as Zak said "my first goldwing". It wins the prize for gayest motorcycle of all time.

And what was the deal with that Viper? Did he even get on it when I took off? I figured his constant tire chirping meant he had ants in his pants to floor it.

Next year we'll have to find a more interesting way to get there. I-90's great for making time but it sure gets boring.

It would be better if we could have a meeting spot there next year. The organizers are friendly and prolly work with us. It was hard to find everybody and there were a few of you I never saw. Now I know where the card on my seat came from from. I did get to meet Old Timer though, which was very cool. Vmax's were scattered all over the place. Rice-o-Rama seems to get bigger every year.

Sounds like the NY 'crew of two' did some serious ass hauling....I'd a never been able to keep up with 'em and probly wouldda gotten lost again! :biglaugh:

Glad y'all had a good time! :clapping:

Definitely have to organize it a little better next year so we can all park together. I met a bunch of other vmax owners and told them about forum. I hope they come in and check it out.there were 2 guys from Plymouth ma about 15 min from me. 1 guy had a gen1 and a gen2 the other had a gen1. Very happy to see everyone again. We have to plan some more get together's next year. Maybe a keg party at my house next summer. Putting an in ground pool in spring :)
