So buddy of mine passed away...

Knew the man for some time.
I was chatting with him last night, no more than 5 hours later, he left us.
Found out this morning that he died of a heart attack.

33 y/o .

Let it be a wake up call to anyone of you. Exercise, eat right, don't over indulge.

Sudden cardiac death at a young age is usually due to an undiagnosed cardiac anomaly. You don't have to be obese to have clogged arteries. He probably threw a clot. There is a cardiac dye test you can get to determine your cardiac circulation. They can do it for stroke risk assessment too. A stroke is a "brain attack" which can happen because of an obstruction or a hemorrhage.

At 33, you should be able to eat drink smoke and be lazy to your hearts content and still not drop dead. The human body can take an godly amount of abuse. I know Seveth Day Adventist that is Vegetarian, non smoker and regular exerciser, quadruple bypass!
