Southwest Dyno Day 2021

There will be a Vmax dyno day in Lawton OK on May the 2nd 2021 (Sunday). It’s being put on by Lawton Motorsports (Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki dealership.) They are currently at 4443 NW Cache Rd, Lawton, OK 73505. By May, they will be at 52nd and Cache.

Ive used this dyno for a couple of years, for Gen 1’s and Gen 2’s. The Dyno operator KNOWS what Vmaxs are.

The dyno time will start at 8 am, and last until whenever. The Dyno will be free for people to use (although tipping the dyno operator at the end of the day is always good). The dyno will be free due to the individuals sponsoring this event. Sean Morley of Morley’s Muscle will also play a major role. As usual a Carbtune and various hand tools will be there to assist with jet changes…etc. Please bring any jets that you want to try or might possibly swap for the dyno, (for a Gen 1), if you have a Gen 2, please bring anything that you want to swap out….etc. The dyno is inside, and has a bay next to it, so people can swap jets….etc, out of the weather just in case.

There are several hotels that are within about 3 miles of the dealership.

that might work. we went to vegas for the mekum auction last year. we stayed at the mardi gras hotel. I bought nothing ,she sat on a slot machine for 3 days.

I'm planning on bringing the 2011, and the 86.

The 86 will have new carb diaphragms, new jetting, new needles (going from stage 7 to factory pro needles), and new rubber, and its a 1260.

The 2011 has a reflash, TT airbox mod, healtech quickshifter, and a 4-1 exhaust.

I really dont know what either bike will do.

What part of Dallas do you live in? Wife and I are in DeSoto. We'll be bringing the 5th wheel up along with my 09. Her 94 carbs still need some work, unless I put the ones from my 86 in it.

Have they moved to the new building yet. Do u think anybody coming will know anything about running a megasquirt on the max. If so I may bring my non- running bike down for info needed to get it running
