Starter clutch question

Did you turn off the corrections for the EFI as we discussed? If you did turn off the water temp correction you might want to turn it back on. My thought is that maybe the bike is uber rich once warmed up:confused2: That sensor leans the bike out once it begins to warm up by a not so small a percentage. Just a thought:ummm:
 
Shouldn't be the issue. As long as you used a gasket there should be no binding. The wires aren't pinched are they?

Jim,I did recalebrate the tps and turned on the water temp correction on.

Sean, dont know if I pinched wires ,but i dont think so im takin it apart again tonight,my son works at a dealership and they said that I could have overtightened the starter clutch,( dumb *** me didnt use a torque wrench)this time I will. the said if its to tight when it warms up it gets tighter and could put a drag on the motor at idle. hope to know more in a few hours.
