Tried playing with my suspension settings and noticed my rear rebound knob wouldn’t turn.Anyone else have this happen?

Do you have a picture? The gen 1 stock shocks do not have a lower knob? Just the upper dial.

2009 is frozen also. Has been for a long time. I suspect from riding in all kinds of wet weather., And salt from up north.
