Or, remove the rotor bolts and let it hang down. Still not an easy proposition.

The problem is if he loctited them... The thread on the rim may be hindered for so much screw and unscrew... Grab 50 bucks and replace the rotor spacer for a wider one and mod the bracket like i said before and you'll never have to worry about it again... You may try to get a smaller bleeder nipple or a different caliper as a last resort...
