Thanks KJ for getting the images in there!

Should have some movies of the turbo running tonight!

I'm no engineer, but I'm guessing the resistor protects the circuits inside the controller. A no-load circuit could get hammered by a voltage spike. Just my 2c - BTW I built this exact T-Boost from this site & it works ****. I know it won't help 1/4 mile times. but when I'm in the mood it's fun to play with. Other times I just leave it switched off.

so if u leave it off ..... v boost will kick in at its normal 6000rpm still ... ??? and u turn it on it will kick in at 3000rpm .. ????:ummm:

depends if you buy the tboost, or if you do your own, what type of switch you put in.

if you buy tboost there are three settings (6k - off - 3k)

i'm sure you could buy your own to do a 6k/3k two-way setting

the t-boost i have in the off position the vboost is on all the time, sob it is scarry when you crack it.:punk:
i would think vboost open all the time would hurt the low mid pulling power plus run rich as hell
