I have to agree with Dannymax. Looks like he got up into the center slush, over-corrected the first time and that was all she wrote.
That video was posted awhile back on another forum, I don't think it was a police dash camera. If I recall, it was a cell phone camera. Supposedly there was only the driver in the SUV, and he was, not surprisingly, killed on impact.
Regardless, its a hell of a way to go out.
