i MY ANSWER IS . " NONE " / " NEVER " ! .. I'LL EXPLAIN AFTER THE ANSWER IS PUBLIC !
i I ANSWERED THE WAY I DID BECAUSE THE QUESTION WAS NOT ; HOW MANY TIMES WILL IT SHOW THE SAME " NUMBER " IT WAS HOW MANY TIMES WILL IT SHOW THE SAME DIGIT ! .. SO YOU HAVE 2 HOUR SPACES - A TEN MINUTE SPACE AND A MINUTE SPACE , IN REALITY , THESE ARE ALL DIFFERENT " DIGITS " , LIKE TENTHS , HUNDREDTHS , THOUSANDTHS , SO EVEN IF THE SAME NUMBER APPEARED SIDE BY SIDE , IT STANDS FOR A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MEASUREMENT OF TIME ! .. SO THE QUESTION BEING DIGITS AND NOT NUMBERS , MAKES MY ANSWER THE CORRECT ANSWER ! . :biglaugh: . :biglaugh: . :biglaugh: . :rofl_200:

That's an interesting take on it Tim...

I was thinking that you bought 1 18" and 1 19" blade, but tried them on different sides of the car because you were in a hurry. Not all cars have the same size wipers, some have a shorter one on the passenger side.

I don't know, that's just my guess.

You bought 4 wiper blades....1 pair of 18" & 1 pair of 19" blades cause the AP guy ain't gonna split a pair just cause you got a lopsided car! :biglaugh:

Timmy....I'm not sure what to make of your answer....I think it may have some sort of twisted validity but can't be sure!! :rofl_200:

Is the other door the door to life?
or
Does the other guard lie?

You're warm...

You ask the 1st guard what the 2nd guard would say his door was. knowing someone is fibbing, then figure it from there.

I stole that from the Labryinth..

How is he warm? Both gaurds would answer the same to each question.

If you are talking numbers instead of digits, is zero even a number.

My answer is 46 times in one 24 hour period.

Will he say he's gaurding the door to life?

ta da

If you ask the 1st guard what the 2nd guard would say the 2nd ones door is it goes like this; (1st and 2nd is assigned arbitrarily, doens't matter which one...)

If the guard you ask is the truth teller and says that the other one would say "the door life": knowing that the other guard lied the answer is opposite of what is said, the correct answer is the door to death.

If the guard you ask is the liar and says the other one would say the "door to life" the answer is still opposite since the liar is changing the answer the other one would give, and the answer is still the door to death....

Either way the asnwer is opposite of what you are told without regards to which one is the liar and which one is the truth teller..you don't need to know which one is the liar or not..

i NO ITS NOT , THATS WHY MY ANSWER WAS NONE / NEVER AND NOT " ZERO " TIMES ! .. :punk:

Solution to the "wiper blade" one....thought it was fairly easy.
"When I ran back to the car, I measured the blade on the passenger side.

Then when I emerged with the 18-inch blades it was starting to rain and I figure if I'm going to put one blade on the car where am I going to put it? On the passenger side? No! I'm going to put it on the driver's side -- and it was an inch too short.

The reason it was an inch too short is that this car, like lots of cars, has different sized blades. This car had a 19-inch blade on the driver's side and an 18-inch blade on the passenger side.

So what did I buy? One of each. "

Here's "this week's" puzzler. Pretty tricky.

I'll give you an equation, and from that you give me a limerick that consists of five lines. I'll give you the last line.

The numerator is 12 plus 144 plus 20 plus 3 square roots of 4, divided by a denominator of 7. Then, that whole quantity is added to 5 times 11. Finally that whole thing on the left equals nine squared plus zero.

The fifth(last) line of the limerick is "is nine squared and not a bit more" (equals nine squared plus zero).

Hint: A limerick is always five lines, with a rhyme pattern of AABBA. So the first two lines will end with something that rhymes with "more", the third and fourth are unknown.
