It rained damn near all day here. What a miserable damn day. However we did some serious BS'n and drank a lot of beer.

Yea the rain kinda sucked, hoping to ride tomorrow and waiting for Scotty to show up with his test probe and see if we can get my short fixed, or find the issue.

Very nice turnout!
On a good note; I received my 3" driveshaft extension today. It was in perfect shape, but the factory driveshaft was lost in the battle! I always wondered if Jedi's 3" extension would be the weak point but now I know different. The machinist cut the tail off slid a heavy pipe over the factory drive shaft welded some stock to form a slide hammer base. He then heated the extension and the factory part s-l-o-w-l-y came out of the extension! Yippee! I have 2 spare drive shafts here now so I'll be able to get to work tomorrow. It took over a week to get the work done but the price was right at $20 for the work and a case of beer for my buddy's time.

We did not get to socialize nearly as much as I would have liked, but we will be fixing that next year. We got a room late so we were the whole way at the front of the hotel, and didn't get in till Friday night. The rain killed what was going to be the main day for us on Saturday, but next year, come hell or high water, I'm getting the room from Thursday night till Sunday morning, and we're making a weekend of it. Already can't wait! Great people, great bikes, and a great time!
