Got to go for a ride today with a couple old Vmax friends, KosRider and the Beekeeper. I also got to finally meet Redbone today as well, we did a small lake shore ride with a stop for some grub and swapped some Vmax stories. Looking forward to a little more riding before the snow flies.....

What a nice day for a ride, weather was very comfortable and I got to ride with some great Maxer company!................It was good to meet you Brian "Redbone".......And nice to see you again Jeff "Kosrider".........Thanks for leading us Chuck, it was a great ride!.............Vmax-Mike is putting the Hell ride route together for the 2nd of Oct, looking foreward to that too!........................Tom.

I hope everyone beat the rain, I pulled into my drive way and put the kick stand down and I felt a couple small sprinkles. I quick opened the garage door and pushed it in and it started to rain, I beat it this time, YES!

Got sprinkled on from Alpine ave to Wyoming, nothing more than that..............................Tom.

My friend in Hickory Corners (Kalamazoo/Battle Creek MI) told me that she is expecting frost soon.

Sounds like you guys had a good cruise. Pumpkin time! Cider time!

And unfortunately, snow time in a bit.

Another great ride along the lake Michigan shoreline. Brian, Tom, Chuck ... so good to ride with you all again. I did my best to keep up with ya with those triple digit car passes !! :rofl_200:

Was able to stay ahead of the rain riding back to Midland, but not the darkness. Last 45 miles, had to keep the speed down with deer running this time of year here in mid-Michigan. Passed a couple little lakes and got pelted with bug splatter !! Had to stop at a Speedway gas station in Alma to clear my faceshield of bugs so I could see again ! Rest of the 40 mile ride was a nice 50 mph cruise in the cool 65 degree F Michigan air !!

Glad to hear you made it home safe Jeff!........Hit a couple of bug storms this year myself.........:damn angry:..........Not fun............Ask VMAX-Mike what it's like with just goggles on!.................:rofl_200:.....................Wish I had taken a pic of that!........................Tom.

That did suck Tom. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks to Tom (Beekeeper) for being the contact keeping in the loop on this ride, Chuck (2fear) for leading us on a great ride and Jeff (Kosrider) for riding over to enjoy the perfect weather for riding.

I only wish I had more time to spend riding with the guys! I'm planning more riding with these gentlemen in the future.
