how can I tell what year Max a flywheel is for?

Different protrusions on the outter rim, the older version has two large protrusions on opposite ends while newer has many and spaced differently

edit: the number of magnetic ignition events went from 2 events to 6 events - that's 2 old protrusions vs 6 new

That's cool. I didn't think they'd be different, but it makes sense that the 85-89 ones are different than 90+.
