Vmax 1700 accessories compatible with 2019 model

I have been looking for a more adjustable set of levers for my 2019 Vmax as I find the clutch lever to be too long. Many of the websites I have looked at say things like 2009-2016 as compatible model years.

Was there a major change in 2017? It doesn't look like much more that a change in the colour scheme.

Would 2016 levers fit on my 2019?

All years gen 2 are interchangeable. Some places simply don't keep up with the year to year model updates on their sites.
