fired up the bike, enjoyed the nice cracker-ling of the kerker can...... well driveway was dry enough so took it on the 250ft figure 8 run, ran it up into second gear. felt good to get back on her.... only a few more months and will be out cruising, cant wait :)

Brought the bikes from the shed to the garage on Sat, installed the new tires and disassembled the clutch on the V-65, on Sun I installed a new fuel filter and replaced a cracked coil on the Max, I then performed the Shotgun on the carbs, today I ordered up my parts and buttoned up the Yamaha, took it around the block..............Holy S**t...........I'm another satisfied Shotgun customer!............Tom.

I rode mine today, first ride of the year 53 degrees today.
no issues it ran lean and mean, very crisp.

looks awesome bro. i can't wait to see what you do with the colours.

I made a 2-1/4" core for the 4-1 Kerker on SkullDuggery. cut the end cap to the right size. Now it needs a turndown,, the sound's obnoxious...
I'm hoping this will richen up the mixture some, going up 1/2" in core diameter..

I also went to West Marine and picked up a switch and waterproof cover. $27.00 for the GD Switch and Cover.... I installed it as a fan switch for
stop lights... It's about to get hotter than Hell here in Florida...

Also read a post about soldering the ground cable lug and cable next to the oil fill cap. Cleaned the lug and engine surface too. Made a huge
difference in hot starts...

I have been having trouble with my Thundercat wheel/tire. The PO had a slow leak for quite a while now and finally got that fixed. The tire had a pin hole on the bead. While I had the front end off the ground noticed the wheel was very hard to turn. Replaced brake fluid and lower brake lines...no improvement but lever feel was better. Cleaned calipers.....no improvement. I noticed that the outboard pistons weren't popping out as far as the inboards so shaved some more meat from the caliper mounts. Now, it's golden. God, I love $2 hand files. :)

finnished machining the attachment collars for the front side of my frame braces all i got left to do is tac the bars to the frame collars and the front attachment collar take them off and tig them, also working on a Stainless set

Not my Max but I put the carbs back on syced them. Repainted clutch & master cylinders & switch housings. Switched the handle bars & mounts out to black powder coat. Installed mini signals & blackpowder coat grab rail, D3 grips ,New levers. I am sure I am forgetting some stuff but thats enough for today.

Goodies from Mr. Morely on the porch when I got home from work. Unfornutaly I don't have the rest of the parts or the time to install anything tonight. Hopefully, new grips, scoops, and shift lever will all be installed Sat.

Thank you Sean.

Changed clutch hydraulics. The old fluid was the same color as an amber beer. Adjusted levers so they were closer to handle bar...much better!
