I'm not a long-distance rider, Kyle, I'm glad to hear that you made it safely.
I have not ridden long distance In a while but with the price of Diesel was not gonna drive the truck. Good to have friends along the way where I could split it into 2 days. The old wing is a Cadillac on the hiway .

Thank you ! I wished this was a vacation but unfortunately it is Like the last time I came down. I am getting to visit a few more people this time but I felt so bad leaving my brother yesterday to come south for a few days.
I by NO Means am making light of your trip down south. But do you mind me asking how far down South? And if Nashville has ever been on your radar do you know of any Like minded Vmax riders around? I am down 24 just a bit outside Murfreesboro, and I ride through Nashville and Franklin often going to Kingston Springs. Very nice back roads out that way. Again Whom ever or what ever brought you south I hope all will find comfort.

Got a set of shinkos delivered. Now to get em slapped on...
I couldn’t Shinto’s here in Nashville without for ever so I got Dunlop Personally I hate them or what’s left of it. Maybe two months old: I just mounted the front my self weekend before last. Still using the same tools that my pops bought out of a JC Whitney catalog when he bought his very first motorcycle ever Brand New 89 Vmax. He had never ridden a motorcycle ever before lmao. He was different Cat. Miss you Pops representing though. 523835C3-0B1D-4C7A-9CAB-C6C7C4B3F337.jpeg

Looks good And Feels really Good My friend. I just wonder how much Know how people really have today. Without stepping on a foot peddle and watching machines do it. It is work No doubt and not very expensive to jump on and ride down to the shop. I have an old soul and enjoy giving my boy what my pops gave me.

I started this little project last week before I had to break away from it for a couple weeks. But it’s 2 rounds from my pops 21 gun. Layed him to rest on 16 Oct. 2019 i had pretty much stopped riding when he had a stroke 20 years ago it just wasn’t the same. But for his his funeral I knew he would want me to give him a heck of a Salute so I rented an Indian FTR 1200 from Music Indian in Nashville and returned that thing with a bald back tire and heck of a memory. His funeral I realized how much i missed it so the search for My Vmax was on. It’s not finished I still have some bondo work left, What you think.

What ya think? A8D061D1-1336-43E1-8F10-9AF9B00B79DD.jpeg31BE93BC-9F7C-4540-8185-F177C8836058.jpeg
