Put the shitty cobras back on after running for a few days with nothing but open headers. Got my midrange back, but idles like SHIT again. Likes to sputter, pop and hesitate. idled like a dream and was crazy responsive with open headers. Lost power in midrange though. Was fun while it lasted, pissed off a ton of people i think.

I feel like i went from a 12 inch dick to a vagina after putting these cobras back on.

I'm glad you posted feedback on this. I was thinking of trying that too when I get everything back together. Do you know if your current Max is running leaner jets or not?

Installed the timing advance mod that I put together but, it`s too late to test it so I installed a new water temp meter and put her back together again we`ll see what happens tomorrow:bang head:.<<Dave>>

Just got home tonight to start to install my powder coated goodies when i noticed the biggest tree in my back yard had blown down while i was at work,missed my workshop but not my neighbors.The tree was about 100 feet tall and just missed his roof on his house.I guess i will talk to the insurance people tomorrow.:ummm:

Crappo Sheldon...yer luck is running a bit south of sour lately!! Hang in man, it'll get better!!

Then again...if that tree had flattened both the '02 & '09 THAT would be sour luck...now that I think about it....you're one lucky guy!! :clapping::biglaugh::clapping:
 
Truer words could not have been said danny,thank god it did not come down across my shop or i would be in tears right now.Whem i did start to install the powder coated bits i noticed 2 pieces was forgotten about and one of my rear pegs are missing,thats not good.:damn angry:

It's hard to find really good conscientous contractors, seems like there's always something being left out!!:bang head:

BTW the parts hit the tracking system this am!:clapping:
