I know it's not exactly the same, but that looks very similar to my frame braces. Mine are from Exactrep, I really like them.

yea see how they look first. mounting the bottom bracket is a little sketchy with the one provided, and i thought it stuck out too far.

i instead got a bolt to match the top ones (about 1" long) and a rubber groment on the end to rest against the head...

now tho, with my exactrep frame braces, they just rest against those.
