That's pretty damn awesome! Funny thing is, most of those tires don't look old. Very good or new actually. Probably defects/rejects.
 
Growing up there was a park near my house that we called the tire park. Looked a lot like number 8 but there were all sorts of things in it. Also som really big monster truck size tires to climb on. Really a lot of fun if I do say so myself.
