Two friends of mine started a seafood company which shipped overnight for next-day delivery. It was very successful, as a start-up they founded out of their apartment in Ft. Lauderdale. They grew it to being able to lease an industrial warehouse locally, and making frequent trips to the Caribbean and Central America to secure sources of seafood. Unfortunately, one of them died suddenly, and the other was squeezed-out of the business by the brother-in-law of the deceased, who was an attorney. Always have it in writing, no-matter "how-good friends we are."

The company motto (I still have one of their t-shirts): "Get crabs overnight!"
