The guy said he was a long-time YDS fan, and had rebuilt several. This one was only a tad over half way home - he had found it in B.C., and was taking it back to New Brunswick. The pic was taken at the Terry Fox memorial site in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

If you ask me, I think he just used the purchase as an excuse to take a little jaunt on his bikeunk:
