Super easy:

1. turn on 'Personal Hotspot'

2. choose your connection wifi / bluetooth / usb cable

3. select the iPhone as a connection in your mac or PC and you should be online!

Someone in the company told me that this "negotiated" plan only allows for USB cable tethering. Hoping that's not true. Wouldn't think you could split tethering function capability between USB and Bluetooth doing away with Bluetooth. The bluetooth itself works as I have already synched it with the Bluetooth in my company truck.

I believe tethering is either allowed or it isn't, I do not believe it can be connection-specific.

So you simply choose which connection you want to use, and that's it. 3G/3GS model give you USB or Bluetooth as choices, 4/4S bluetooth or wifi I believe.
