the belly pan from fat max is in the paint shop and just ordered the frame braces from exactrep, didn't think about if they would both bolt up without drilling and tapping new holes in frame, thanks for any info. dave magoo

They will work with each other. The bellypan is a bolt on. I believe that brace is as well from the looks of the pictures.

I believe you will be fine. Look at the mounting area for the brace. It's hooking into the area where the frame comes apart. The fairing bolts onto a lower area. Oh, by the way. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner about the fairing.

Getting on and off the throttle in the corners I could tell the difference. Adding the braces and the braced swingarm was a night and day improvement.

I have a little side fund started for a USD front end and new rear shocks after I heard how much Jim and others like thiers.

I did my braces and my radial conversion at the same time so it's hard for me to tell but my bike is as sold as a rock. It now needs some rear shocks that are better damped for this bike and my fat ass and it'd be a beast. I'm thinking about a swing arm but the car and house are taking all my money right now...:biglaugh:

I'm lookin to get one of the FatMax bellypans also. Or something very close to it. I've heard lots of good things about Roger so you're getting quality work. When you get it on the bike, shoot a couple pics from the side of the bike.

I'm going to order mine from FatMax soon hopefully. Radiator covers as well. The bike is getting re-done in Hugger Orange (similar to the good 'ol General Lee). Progressive 11.5s are on their way also. Now if only I could find a decent looking front fender. I like the Busa fenders on the Max but don't want to invest the money on a Busa front end.

190 what did the frame braces set you back with delivery. i would not mind getting a set keep us posted when you get them on the fit and finish.
