You guys may know (or not) that I also have a couple of Goldwings - an '84 Aspencade and a '78 Nekkid. Great bikes.

The tank looks like a KZ440 Standard. I like the stressed-member design. I had a XV920 w/the rectangular LCD instruments. It wasn't a bad bike, but I was into KZ1000's at the time, so I gave it to an acquaintance who already had the same one but w/the enclosed chain instead of the shaft. He also had a TD-1 he bought new while working at a Yamaha shop. He kept that until he died, a couple of years-ago, CA. One guy showed up for the wake on a Ural sidecar rig. My friend raced his bike at Daytona when it was new and then he had it long-enough to run it in the historic races.
