Runs rough with choke on

My Max seems to go sweet but when on 1st start up with choke it runs rough ,
what to do next ?:ummm:

When choke is one make sure each of the four choke plungers is pulled out the same distance.

They are on the left side of each carb. Pull the choke lever and you can see a fork looking think pull on the plunger.

It's a lot easier to look at all 4 starter plunger forks in action from the top if you take the air box off. Don't even need to open it - just undo the four rubber boots screw, unfasten the float bowls vent hoses and pull the whole box off!

They seem to be all at same distance , but might do that to get a better look
