Ultrasonic Cleaners

For you guys who have an Ultrasonic cleaner, what kind of solutions (or none) do you use for parts? IE carbs, brass parts, gears bolts etc?

I just bought one and would love to get some advise on the right mixes that are practical in a home garage without me doing a bunch of useless experimenting.

I use Branson MC-3 for everything

Works well. Havent tried anything else.....

I'd like to know what everyone else uses too. Mine is a heated tank so not sure how similar it is for you. I have been using a custom chemical mix from my buddies at BG Products. Not available anywhere else. I'd like to try something a little less harmful though. This stuff is probably going to give me cancer if I keep using it.

If you google the name of this cleaner, you will find their cleaner made for heated cleaners. These carbs were 1990 vintage that sat over a year. I did peashot and shotgunned them after their bath. Damn passages got me more than once in the face so now my nose mouth and eyes are all clean too! Wear a face shield

I am curious what everyone is using to I am using Chemcrest 2003 right now but want to try other stuff . My tank is heated to. This is a set of SV 650 carbs I am working on had a hell of a time saving these.

This bike sat for a long time but I am thinking it had suger or something in it this crap was to thick just to be rotten gas. I tried to get my buddy to taste it to see if there was a trace of suger:rofl_200:

It is heated, has a large bath and actually looks really well built. I haven't tried it yet as I don;t have any cleaner and wasn't sure if it would work at all with plain water.
