I'll ask because I really want to know, not because I feel the need to promote another candidate or bash any fellow Americans that have views differing from my own. I'm prompted to ask this based on the support for Trump in this thread and I regard the IQ on this forum to be a bit higher than that of Joe Q Public. I should also note that I do not see ANY candidate that I feel great about and I do actually agree with a lot of what trump says. This forum is the very first place I have heard anyone even take him seriously so I am intrigued. I do not support him, I believe hes the only candidate more dangerous than Clinton but I seem to be outnumbered, at least by those that posted.

1. Do you trust him to do as he says, do you believe him to have personal integrity?
2. Do you believe there is no other agenda or motivation up his sleeve, media stunt or does he really feel he can do this job in the best interest of America?
3. When he speaks, does he set off red flags or make you apprehensive?
4. How will his crass and uncouth nature effect relations with other countries? with the American public?
5. He has some obvious opposition in all areas of WA, so will he even be allowed to do stuff or will he be roadblocked like the current president?
6. How will his poorly formulated remarks effect female and minority voters and can he overcome it in the poles?
7. Generally, how do you feel about candidates that express religious conviction.

I'm interested in the views on any/all of these by people that intend to vote for him.

Great questions. I feel that you and I are on the same page when it comes to Trump.

I think the main reason that he is ahead in the poles is that he is NOT a politician...and says what a lot of the American people feel. Will he get elected....I dont know. Would he be effective as president....I dont know, because I dont know how the rest of the world leaders would get along with him.

I just hope that he doesnt run as a libertarian, and split the conservative vote. If the conservative vote gets split again.....say hello to Madame president.

What will likely happen is that trump will split of from the Republican party and run on his own after he offends any remaining groups of people. It will be the previous two elections all over again except it will be trump fucking up the vote instead of the tea party nonsense this go around.

In the end it does not matter who gets elected; there isn't a single person in the running who looks like they would be an ideal candidate to be the leader of the free world. I just hope that whoever gets in is some sort of conservative in order to balance the scales that have been extremely unbalanced for the past ~7 years.
