Tried what you guys said but still way fat all around 165 mj and i put in the stock springs w/ stg. 7 needles 3rd notch from topi set all of the floats to the proper spec i will put up the graph tomorow.

Were those 165 Dynojets Or Mikunis?

Next I would swap out the 165 with a Mikuni 152.5 or a 155 main.

Do you have a lot of carbo buildup on inner of the pipe.

Take your finger and swirl it around the inner of the exhaust, (Cool temp of course)

What type of plug are you running and the last time they were changed out?

DPR8's?

it is 165 dj and this is the mod that i have done to my kerker end cap drilled the end with a 2'' hole saw and put in a 2.5'' cycle shack baffle, it fits perfect in a groove and longer allen bolts to hold the baffle wraped it with baffle wrap also drilled out the recessed ovals around the center hole was running with just baffle but got a ticket for that so i wraped the baffle. i will put up the a/f graph in a bit. it has been a little while for the plugs do you guys recomend the irredium plugs or just regular plugs?

here it is this is also after wraping tha baffle which i knew would richen it up because of the backpressure so i think that i need to put the stg. 1 needles in low as they can go and lower the float to help lean it out mabie even a smaller paj1 because with the paperwork that i got from factory pro it says that the pj makes a difference up to 4k rpm not just the idle or cruise but i don't know about the mj b/c i will have to order a set so what do you guys think about those changes?

This will be a debate, but a spark plug is a spark plug. NGK reg or an iridium. I hate Champions! I havent noticed any increase in performance with a 7.00 plug compared to a 1.94 plug

i'm gonna try a 145 mikuni and lean out the float by 1mm and new plugs
