Yeah, I don't think I have the patience. I built many plastic models as a kid, but doing the balsa wood models took more dedication than I was willing to make, rhis would probably be the same thing.
 
As a airplane modeler of thirty five years, this is right up my alley. Don't know anything about paper stock and color but with todays mew adhesives, it should be much easier to assemble. My model tool inventory blows away my mechanical tools. Like I said, 35 year addiction.

That takes ALOT of patience, I'd like to see the end result. So if you do take that project on, please post pics as you progress and or finish.
 
Bump to bring it back alive.
I just sold my bike today and in the box of goodies, there were hard cardboard VMAX paper model that I wasn’t aware it was even there, I looked it up and I see it on line and this thread talking about it, I’m sure this thing looks awesome when all done and completed, I gave it to the new owner but wonder how many hours would it take to assemble it completely.
