I take that back! I had not done a search, just looking at people's location as I snoop around, I hadnt come across many. Good to hear we have a presence, this board is an excellent tool for anyone with a max!

Simple Green. I have been using it for 10 years. Only on the bottom half of bike, motor, wheels, rear end, I avoid spraying water on the top half of bike.

I always get compliments on how clean my bike is. i dont clean it much and it doesnt take much effort.

Then use he Honda(original) spray polish on top half.

I have encountered many guys who use it and stand by it.

Also just had some parts polished and my polisher said to use simple green on polished aluminum. You dont want to use anything with chemicals on polished aluminum.

It is also Bio degradeable for you green people, should be available in Cali

I thought the original post was for a cleaner, not a wax but I may have misread. I use S100 for cleaning a bike. It is safe everywhere on everything and is strong enough to loosen just about any gunk. It requires a soft brush or cloth on heavier greasy build ups or repeated uses. It is available worldwide except in Jibooti I think. Funny that Honda wax keeps coming up. Yamaha makes?/sells the same thing for detailing (read-waxing) the bike. I am still using (since my 1986 Max)Astro Shield for waxing. No wax and no abrasives. Only good on a clean detailed bike. PS, Don't wax them flat black parts.

For day to day bug cleaning or just a quick cleaning - Rain X bug windshield washer - cheap & works good - leaves a teflon coating - for serious dirt cleaning - Mean Green or Simple green works good.
