1st gen for me, but anything for 7/8" bars should work. The parts I posted links to are for Gen 2.
I drove three hours to pick up a Gen 2, but passed after the test ride.
I also passed on a VTX 1800 and a Buell 1125 CR after the test rides. Next up will be checking out a Diavel.

For now, I'm sticking with my naked Gen 1 and a Terminator-style Fatboy.

I have not taken a test ride on the Diavel. I was looking at them, but picked up a nice GL1800 instead.

However, I did go back and pick up that VMX 1700 Gen 2 a year after I passed on it. Took my gal with me so I was able to drive the Gen 2 three hours back home for my first real ride on it. So now I have the 1997 first Gen and a 2012 Gen 2 with a lot of upgrades including 240 rear tire conversion.
