OEM in the USA is 152.5, the ones on the right look different, but if they're following the Mikuni system of numbering, they're 1 size smaller than stock. They appear to have a taper to the hole/orifice, which is how Mikuni does it.
The hole size follows the Mikuni numbering.

My question is more about the outer diameter, which is larger, and whether it has any adverse effects.
