Here is an update:

As of a few days after leaving negative feedback and opening a dispute, and telling him I didn't want the swingarm but my money back instead, I get email from the guy.

He says he was laid up after having dental surgery, and he said his girlfriend didn't mail the swingarm. I recieved a paypal notification that the swingarm has been sent on the 29th.

MAYBE HE SHOULD SEND HIS GIRLFRIEND TO MAKE IT A TRULY " HAPPY ENDING " " LOL " :rofl_200:

A guy was trying to sell me an '05 w/6K mi. for $1800. One minor issue, the bike was in Poland.
I told him, no problem, just send me a picture of the bike with todays newspaper on the seat, date clearly visible, and we can work out the shipping details.
Never heard from the ******* again. :rofl_200:

It arrived today, but I wasn't at home to recieve it. I'll pick it up tomorrow morning. :eusa_dance:

The guy has been nothing but apologetic ever since, even offered a refund in the shipping.

I'll post pics of the thing tomorrow after I pick it up and get back from a road trip for a hamburger.

about a 90 mile round trip for one of the best burgers in the state :biglaugh:
