Need 1 inch Spanner wrench, Front Steering Bearing

If I take my left hand off steering at or above 40 mph...
...damn near becomes a thrill ride! Terrible wabbling..very DANGEROUS!
It's my understanding that someone on this site fabricates a 1 inch spanner wrench to tighten front steering bearing on 2001 Vmax
Anyone know the person to get ahold if?

The two steering head bearing nuts aren't tightened one to the-other. It also mentions many have found a worn front tire is a significant factor in contributing to the wobble.

The adjusting nuts are easy to move once you loosen the top locking nut. A punch, screwdriver & hammer work just fine if you don't have a spanner wrench. But with severe wobbles, bearing and race inspection should be done before adjustment is attempted. Grooves can wear into the races making adjustment useless. If the races and bearings are ok, you can repack them and then adjust them, plus have piece of mind.

I've used my sink wrench to accurately tighten the ring nuts.
I wouldn't buy one just for the steering nuts, but if you already have one of these, they really work well.

I have used the screwdriver/ mallet/ punch method mentioned above. It worked fine for me.
