Hi guys, I'm new tot he forum. Just bought my first MAX after admiring them for years. It's an 02 carbon fiber model and completely stock with 19k on the gauge.

Congrats on the find-of course those with a keen eye will tell you they didn't come stock with scalloped forward controls.

That is correct. I installed the controls shortly after I purchased it. I currently have a hip issue that was greatly relieved by the foot/leg position of the forward controls. I was basically talking about the engine..thanks
