I'm in the same boat, but mine has more holes in it lol. Tore mine down to put in a new trans and found main bearings that were about to let go. Glad I found it before they did. Christmas kinda put a dent in the bike parts fund. Hopefully I'll get to go as well.

They only have 8 rooms available as of now as another motorcycle group is staying there also but may be some openings later. call and reserve a room and again mention the v-max group
Jim and Shala again will have a ride and lunch for Friday if you want to get there early say by noon for the ride.
Jim has picked a place for lunch along the ride.

Was out cruising last night so I decided to stop by the Conoco in downtown okc where everybody meets at. There was another max there which I thought was cool. Talked to the guy for a while and then ANOTHER max rolls up! Turns out it's DRward! I met him once before a long time ago but didn't realize who it was. We rode around for a little but but I broke off and went home. It was nice meeting and riding with you and your buddy (I already forgot his name lol)

Hey David,

Yes it was great to meet you again. Had a blast that evening. Got the MAX running right again. Changed plugs and did the pea shooter a few times to each carb. No more blue flames out the tail pipe. Even though it looked kind of cool, the mileage on that tank was horrible. I got 75 miles and had to go to reserve.

Maybe we will see each other on the weekends again. I usually try to make it out ever week.
