supercharger belt walking off

my belt seems to be wanting to walk off. the tensioner pulley is basically holding it on the blower and crank. any ideas?

Bad bearings? Worn shaft? Worn pulley? Misalignment?

Bearings seem to be fine. Zero play in either crank or blower. The pulleys look a little worn. And I'm not sure on the alignment. I havnt had it very long. I want to say it's out a little further than when I got it last fall. I may replace the belt it looks a little beat up.

I would go with alignment if bearings and the belt is good it’s the likely culprit and this is not a super charger opinion just a maintenance one

how do i realign it? loosen the blower and make it straight?
