One of the difficulties in that line of thinking is that a lot of these people are not criminals until after the fact of using a gun illegally.

Sorry...but I'm having difficulty following. To me...I criminal is a criminal first. They decide to rob the store, to car jack someone...etc...FIRST. The gun is a means to an end to allow them to accomplish their goal. If guns didnt exist...they would use whatever they could to achieve their goal.

The Second Amendment is there for a reason no one wants to talk about. At least the Government does not want YOU to talk about it.

It's not about hunting
It's not about target shooting
It's not about self-defense.

It has NOTHING to do with any of these issues.

It's about protecting your ability to own the weapons you will need to over throw the US Government by force if and when it becomes necessary.

Your Second Amendment rights are already lost. They were eliminated by scientific research and economics.

How many Abrahms Tanks can you afford to own? How many Tactical Nuclear Shells to fit those tanks can you get your hands on?

How loud to you think the crew of an Abrahms will laugh as you shoot at their tank with a .45 automatic? Do you think they will bother to even machine gun you? Do you think you can even scratch the paint?

The US Government must be completely destroyed at this point. There are two ways to go about this.

1. The Joint Chiefs of the military must take over the government, execute all the traitors in congress and in the White House, and run the government themselves. Voting must be limited to those with an honorable discharge from the Military.

2. Everyone in the US must stop working all at the same time. The US Governent runs on money. No money, they die. Are you willing to starve for your country?

I didn't think so.

After reading your post I became curious and researched sedition. Punishment for a conviction is up to 20 years. You may be coming very close.

Here you go again, eliminating any other method of mass murder to discuss criminals and their deeds. Of course once again if the persons in question had never been caught they could have commited 10000 crimes, and you focus on the gun cause they had "no record". This is selective reasoning in the best case scenario.
The indisputable fact is that MOST people that are criminals, commit untold numbers of crimes before they are ever caught. ANY experienced law enforcement officer will agree with this.

You did say that they had a prior criminal history (well all except 1) correct? Since they were criminals...they cannot legally own guns...correct? So...they broke the law...and obtained these guns....illegally...correct? So...they broke the law to obtain a firearm.

Do you mean to tell me that writing more laws...and banning certain weapons, would make these people obey the law?

+1, ICD-10(?) guidelines is the medical standard for disease classification, written by the World Health Organization. All mental heath providers will be forced to comply with ICD-10 on Oct. 1, 2014 whereas before the mental health practioners followed the previously accepted DSM guidelines.
So there are more outside the U.S. world organization creeping into our daily lives. To put the U.S.and the rest world on the same level. I see it as dragging down the U.S. standards to meet the worlds lower standards. We'll be standing in lines in no time!:damn angry:

It is really no big deal. It is just a method for coding. It is not some plan to drag down U.S. standards and won't affect U.S. standards. Not that ours are any better or higher than anywhere else in the world. The coding is for insurance companies. Every condition has a code. The international community wants that generic coding because of communication issues. The same thing has been done with vehicle codes for OBD 2.
