Vmax bogging out badly! Help!

With casual riding my bike is running great! I adjusted the A/F screws and it smoothed things out really well.

But when i really open the bike up and run her hard it will run great all the way to the top, but as soon as i let off the gas it just completely bogs out and begins to back fire and just generally run like crap.

Any advice, help?

Not enough fuel volume? Bad filter?

Check for air leaks on that intake, and maybe valve lash.

He says it runs great "all the way to the top".

What part do the Coasting Enrichener Valves/Diaphrams play at this point during decel? Perhaps they are old and/or in bad shape?

Yes the diaphrams could be cracked ,,,but a cheap fuel filter would rule out the fuel supply ,,,thats a good place to start.
