The shitty part on my end was as soon as I parked the bike and put the insurance in storage mode. the snow melted and we are now having the warmest october on record.

the last few days it's been in the low 60's oh well.

The temps are dropping and they're predicting snow by the week's end. Looks like it's time to install the LED's. Pics to follow.

Polished the right scoop again and then waxed it 3-4 times still a light scratch on it but its liveable for now . If it bugs me i have some wet n dry somewhere .
But heaps of armorall on the seat where its scuffed and can hardly see them now . :clapping:

Took it for a quick spin to fill it up. Went for a couple miles afterwards and it ran like shit. ugh. I noticed last ride out it seemed a little lean on the pilots. When I did my tuning it was 80 degress out. Its now 30. Maybe the denser air is making me a touch lean. But, I think sitting for the past couple weeks and some crap gas on top of that made things even worse. It is now breaking up all over the place. This bike needs romped on but I haven't had the time and now it's cold as hell around here. When I got home I threw some stabil in it just in case I never make it back out this year. What a terrible feeling : (

Took it to a local Yamaha/Suzuki dealership and traded it in on a 2009 Suzuki Bandit 1250 Touring. Gonna miss the Max but wanted something for the long haul!

Thanks, Jayhawk! Wasn't a spur-of-the-moment decision for sure. Only have 65kms on the Bandit so far. Pulls really well for a bike that only makes 100 bhp.

nothing the past couple days, been sick. hopefully install my handguards today or tomorrow.

was at target getting a chinup bar as i'm going to try p90x soon and saw a motorcycle model thing made by lego. it was $15 so i bought it. took me an hour to get together and 2 hours modding it to look more like a vmax.
