Went for a ride... froze my **** off. ******* temps dropped from 50 a little past noon, to mid 30's and spitting friggin snow. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL ****?

And while trying to find the clamps needed to go from a handlebar/fork mounting for my Malibu windshield, I am finding you can get the clamps, but they DO NOT come with the little circular pieces which the mounting rods go through...

**** my life... I think when the revolution happens, us bikers will be making sure the corporate owners of the motorcycle aftermarket companies are against the wall. Forget the effin politicians, I wanna go after the *******s that are REALLY pissing me the **** off right now.

Ok, rant over. Pray for some friggin warmer weather soon so I dont frostbite my **** into oblivion.

I fell your pain, BD....I too had a cold ride in to work yesterday(34°F); one of the few things I miss about moving away from SoCal....that and lane-splitting....

I have Dave at Starting Line seeing if he can get the pieces I need to mount my windshield direct from Memphis Shades. Fingers crossed that he can do so.

Looking at some bar end mirrors today, I couldn't help but think they would look nice on my ride. The grips I have, Kuryakyn Isogrips have a hole in the back that is covered by the little cover pieces that come with the grips, and I was thinking that the hole looks large enough to fit the mountings through to the bars. The mirrors are some inexpensive EMGO pieces. (hoping that they are NOT flat glass mirrors) At $17 a piece, I could afford to buy one to test the idea out.

If that works, I could then find a way to mount a cup holder and a GPS/camera mount in the stock mirror locations.

Recieved my muscle jet kit last night. Only played with my Yardman mower.. Adjust the carb RPMs, oil change, spark plug, air filter, and new blade.. Hopefully finish mowing and start on Jet kit.. Trying to find out what the best setting near sea level are. My 90 max has UFO 4-1, with megaphone on it. I am in Virginia, so near sea level.. I also have been looking for better instuctions on how to install the kit.. I pulled the info from the his site. I saw a great thread this weekend that talked about clip setting and jet sizes.. but didn't save it...I also need to order me some dust seals for the forks, but I have to wait until thursday when I get paid... found the POST... Yeah... maybe my lawn will not get mowed tonight... Or I will be in the shed for a while...lol

Picked up these 2 today well one yesterday and one today.

After work, changed out my used rear rotor for a new one from Motorcycle Superstore.. Surprised that it got from TX to NJ in 2 days.. NICE.. Figured, why ruin my new brake pads prematurely. Tested them out.. Stops nice.. Now I have to let them seat in for about 300 miles. Started at 5:45 PM - Test rode it at 6:45 PM:punk:

You know me they will be for sale. I like the weight of them but not a fan of the looks.

The one bike looks like it got torched pretty bad, I'm sure that one had an interesting story to go with it. Hope they both work out well for you.

Well here is the first pic of what I did today to my Vmax.

Here is the GPS speedometer that Sean sells. The lights are clear during the daytime, and I picked red at night. It works VERY well, and I will post more pics tomorrow.

The 'ole Max finally emerged from the back of the garage. Quick wipe down and it fired right up. Purrs like kitten. Not bad since the last rpm was 6 months ago! Took a 5 mile cruise around the neighborhood. Just need a tire and oil change and I'm ready for the season!uploadfromtaptalk1430351720257.jpg

Last picture sucked. Here's a better one. Happy riding boys!

The red looks really good! Something to add to my list of things to add.
