I bought a new to me motor :eusa_dance: from Sean can't wait to make room to install it.. Going in a blown 2000 Vmax blown as in lower end knock !! :biglaugh:

Going to fully retire in 6 yrs and move at my last house I built someone else a sweet 24x30 that I got to use for 2 yrs then we moved . This Spring I will build a nice shed for overflow and sell off my vette( it gets zero play time ) ..

Is it bad to start looking at stuff to buy for the bike with the Tax return you haven't even started on yet? Also trying to figure out how much money to take to Thunder so we can win a lot more stuff...lol

I don't think it's bad at all. I see it at proper planning. Just be sure not to spend too much more than your refund is. I've done that before

Hopefully that guy who won the exhaust system last year won't show up. I paid for his room Saturday night. He only paid me half the money back, then wouldn't answer texts or calls.

He spent the weekend quoting the Bible to everyone. Someone should have reminded him about the "Thou Shalt Not Steal" thing..

Ya think I'd have learned my lesson.

The wheels are back on with a new 300, a wave rotor from china and the graphics out back , same graphics and new EBC's up front.
The mod monkey's napping for now.

Replaced the battery in the 86. The battery lasted 2 previous owners, so I cant complain. Replaced it with another Odyssey.

Also changed the plugs, and been out and about on it for a couple of hrs. It still puts a smile on my face.

I received and installed a Corbin seat. Backrest is ordered also.
Definitely feels like you sit "IN" the seat instead of "ON" the seat.

I found a VRod tail light that I had been scanning ebay for for about 2 yrs. @ $180+ , got it for 20 bucks at a swap meet here in Denver that was brought back after rival biker gangs had a shoot out, killed a guy and no charges were ever filed....I have always wanted to do something different than the modified Triumph Monster tail light. So off with the rear fender for the beginning of the adaptation.
This swap meet is 90% Harley or anything but Japanese bikes but these two Max's stole the show to say the least.

Looks like a nice tail light option and all 3 of the vmaxii in the pics are very nice
