Simply put, "no bueno". Don't purchase this headlight if you do a lot of night riding. That said, I also have lights on my belly pan. But I love the look more then the light.I would be interested in your report of how that compares to the OEM lamp or another aftermarket installation, if you're riding w/any other VMaxes.
Yes, I didn't want to say anything like that after someone spent some bucks and installed it, with the glow of proud ownership (that glow possibly being more light-productive than the new headlight). But since you brought it up, that's the same outcome that I'd seen attributed to the piece in other rider reports.
